Man kills mother in Hazmieh

A Lebanese citizen identified as 64-year-old Ibrahim al-Rassi killed his 96-year-old mother Afdoukieh Maamari in the region of Mar Takla in Hazmieh.

The man was believed to be suffering mental disorders.
