REPORT: Cabinet convenes to discuss budget

The cabinet convened Monday afternoon in a session chaired by Prime Minister Saad Hariri at the Grand Serail, to discuss the budget draft law for 2017.

Following the session, Minister Ghattas Khoury said that the atmosphere was positive, adding that a large part of the budget was finalized.

He stated that the issue of the security appointments will be included in the agenda of the session to be held on Wednesday.
