The Lebanese Red Cross received the remains of two Hezbollah martyrs Qassem Mohammad Ajami and Ahmad al-Hajj Hassan, who were killed during the battle of Arsal and Wadi Hmeid. The bodies were transported to the headquarters of the Lebanese Armed Forces 9th Brigade in Labweh accompanied by Lebanese General Security convoy; after al-Nusra Front received Mayyada Ayoush and her son.
This as a convoy of the Islamic Health Committee transporting the bodies of two other Hezbollah martyrs headed from Wadi al-Khayl to Younin where they were welcomed by the region’s residents. Then they headed to Dar al-Hekma Hospital in Baalbek to perform DNA tests.
Hezbollah sources told LBCI that the delivery of the fifth martyr’s body will be done by a group close to Saraya Ahl Sham.
The source told LBCI that the Lebanese Red Cross will deliver the bodies of 4 martyrs to Hezbollah, two of them were killed during the battles of last week and their identities are known, while the other two were found buried and DNA tests will be performed to reveal their identities. The sources added that search is ongoing to find a fifth body buried in the mountainous regions of al-Qalamoun.
