REPORT: A look at Iran’s MKO

The People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran abbreviated MEK, PMOI or MKO is an Iranian political–militant organization in exile that advocates the violent overthrow of the current regime in Iran.

It was established in 1965 and participated in overthrowing the Shah's regime.
