Members from the maritime rescue unit of the Civil Defense managed to remove the body of a Syrian child from a water tank at the bottom of a residential building in the town of Kfarhazir in the Koura district.
The civil defense had earlier received a phone call reporting a missing child of an age of one year and two months, urging for help to search for her. The rescue team rushed to the scene and after surveyed the region, they found the body of the child in the bottom of a water tank of a four-meter depth.
The body was transported to a nearby hospital, while the security forces continue their work.
