Kuwaiti ambassador: almost all Kuwaiti nationals left Lebanon

Kuwaiti Ambassador to Lebanon Abdel-Aal Al-Qannaei stressed on Friday that almost all Kuwaiti nationals left Lebanon on board three flights.

Al-Qannaei told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the evacuation came due to the accelerated security developments in Lebanon during the past few days, and in accordance with the statement of the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry urging the Kuwaiti nationals to leave Lebanon as soon as possible in order to maintain their security and integrity.

Al-Qanaei pointed that his embassy is in contact with the few remaining Kuwaiti nationals in Lebanon to ensure their safety.
