General strike at Ain el-Helweh refugee camp

The Ain al-Helweh refugee camp witnessed on Thursday a general strike and closure of its entrances upon the call of the Palestinian Joint Action Committee, the Palestinian Popular Committees, and the Popular Movement inside the camp.

The strike comes in rejection to the Lebanese Labor Ministry’s plan and to pressure for the annulment of the ministry’s decisions.
