ISF denies death of inmate of Coronavirus inside Roumieh prison
The Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces denied on Monday on its Twitter account news circulating about the death of an inmate of Coronavirus in the Roumieh prison.
 
In a tweet, the ISF denied that an inmate, identified only by his initials as M. F., died after testing positive with Coronavirus inside the prison’s building “D”.
 
The ISF also noted that the prisoner was admitted to the hospital on 30/8/2020 before the virus spread inside the prison to receive a medical treatment for suffering from heart and joints problems.
 
The tweet concluded by stressing that building “D” is free of any Coronavirus cases until present.
