REPORT: New traffic law requires necessary equipment for vehicles
Lebanon started on Wednesday implementing a new traffic law that includes speed limits and mandatory seat belts in what officials hope is a move that will reduce deaths from road accidents.

With the new traffic law entering into effect, the Lebanese citizens remain uninformed of many of its stipulations, for example, the need to have a triangle caution sign and a fire extinguisher inside every vehicle.
