Confrontations during protest against capital control law
Protesters staged a sit-in on Tuesday in the vicinity of the Parliament against the current Capital Control formula, and to prevent the holding of a session to approve the Capital Control Law. 
 
The Liberal Professions Syndicates, the Press Editors Syndicate, the Bar Association and the Lebanese Association of Parents of Students in Foreign Universities participated in the protest.  
 
Also, there were confrontations between protesters and the Lebanese army.
