Death penalty for 6 al-Nusra Front members

The military prosecution raised the death penalty charge on Friday against 6 arrestees from the Al-Nusra Front in accordance with articles 335 and 72 of the 11/01/1958 law that stipulates the death penalty.

The members who were referred to the alternate military magistrate were previously arrested on charges of forming an armed organization, performing acts of terrorism, kidnapping people and terrorizing them by force of arms, and possession of unlicensed military weapons and ammunition.
