ISF-Information Branch summons 2 Fatah al-Islam members for investigations
  
Internal Security Forces' Information Branch members summoned on Saturday from the Roumieh prison 2 members from Fatah al-Islam identified as Abou al-Tourab and Abou al-Walid for their involvement in attempting to smuggle 150 grams of explosive material into the prison.            

On Wednesday, October 02 investigations were launched over a security member trying to smuggle 150 grams of Carbide inside a sandwich into the Roumieh penitentiary.                             
The explosives were intended to be delivered to prisoner Charbel Chalita, who later on gave names of Fatah al-Islam members involved in the incident.
            
On the 21st of November 2012, Examining Magistrate Judge Ziad Makna issued an indictment against citizen Charbel Chalita, demanding the death penalty on charges of committing a premeditated crime in killing 22-year-old Roland Chbeir on October 28.          

Chalita had confessed of committing the crime for financial reasons.
