Fatfat to LBCI: Nasrallah foiled dialogue

Future Movement MP Ahmad Fatfat commented Wednesday on the recent speech of Hezbollah Leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

“Nasrallah’s appearance in Ashura commemoration aimed at raising the moral of his supporters after it was shaken by the relapse of STL funding,” Fatfat said.

Fatfat told Nharkom Said TV show that “Nasrallah’s position on the situation in Syria was clear; he supports Syrian President Bashar Assad and accused the opposition of treason.”

Fatfat added that Nasrallah is trying to publically engage in a trade-off with PM Najib Mikati on the issue of false witnesses and the demands put forth by Change and Reform bloc Leader MP Michel Aoun.

Fatfat accused Nasrallah of foiling the dialogue by rejecting to discuss the disbarment issue, adding that Nasrallah wants to pull out all individual weapons to monopolize the possession of arms.

Fatfat added that Nasrallah confirmed his rejection to dialogue that discusses issues other than the national-defense strategy. “What does he want to discuss?” he wondered stressing that “dialogue aims at addressing divisive issues between the Lebanese.”
