Rocket hits Bekaa town of Brital

The state-run National News Agency reported on Sunday that a rocket fired from the Syrian side hit the heights of the Bekaa town of Brital.

The agency added that no casualties or material damage were reported.

On Saturday, several rockets hit the Bekaa towns of Hermel and Arsal, without causing any fatalities.

Rockets from the Syrian side of the border have frequently landed in Hermel and Brital regions since Hezbollah's military intervention in Syria.

The attacks are usually claimed by Al-Nusra Front in Lebanon and the Islamic State in Iraq of Iraq and the Levant.
