Davutoglu in Beirut, meets Sleiman and Berri

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu arrived in Beirut on Saturday. Davutoglu is expected to hold meetings with Lebanese officials and participate in a forum on moving towards democracy after the Arab Spring. This forum will also see the participation of U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon who arrived in Beirut on Friday.

Davutoglu met with President Michel Sleiman to discuss bilateral relations and the overall situation. The Turkish FM left without making any statements. Davutoglu also met with Speaker Nabih Berri.
