Syrian rebel commander arrested by LAF near Arsal

The Lebanese Armed Forces arrested on Sunday Abdallah Rifai, a commander with a Free Syrian Army battalion fighting in Syria's Qalamoun region.

Rifai was detained at an army checkpoint, east of the Lebanese northeastern border town of Arsal.
