Former PM Hariri says terrorist attacks aim at distorting image of Islam

Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri stated on Friday that terrorist attacks that targeted Kuwait, France, and Tunisia aim at distorting the image of Islam and inciting strife among Muslims.

Hariri said in a statement that the attack on a Mosque in Kuwait, as well as the other on a hotel in Tunisia are proof that the same terrorist cells that conducted attacks in Saudi Arabia are behind these acts, stressing that such crimes will only serve the extremist agenda.
