STL Registrar ends visit to Beirut where he met with Lebanese officials
The Registrar of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) Daryl Mundis ended a working visit to Beirut this week, as part of his regular missions to reach out to various stakeholders and briefing them on the work of the Tribunal.
In this context, he met with Lebanese Minister of Justice Albert Serhan, Minister of Interior and Municipalities Raya El Hassan and the Prosecutor General Samir Hammoud. Mundis also met with members of the diplomatic community based in Lebanon.

A statement issued by STL said that “the STL Registrar is responsible for all aspects of the Tribunal's administration including the budget, fundraising, human resources and providing security. His responsibilities also include court management, the oversight of the Victims’ Participation Unit, witness protection and language services.”
