A center to protect domestic workers from racism's brutality

The Nepalese Ms. "Priya" found in Lebanon a ground for Human Rights work. As a result, she established, a year ago, in collaboration with a number of domestic workers, a center for foreign communities in a poor street in al-Nabaa.

Workers of all nationalities come to the center where they seek protection from the brutality of racism in Lebanon and their daily distress in houses and on the streets.

Even children come to this place, where they spend hours waiting for their parents to return home from work. They play, they eat, they drink as if they were in a nursery, or perhaps in a summer school.

With the deterioration of the situation in Syria, the Syrian refugees with their children also became daily visitors of the center.
