Bomb explodes in Ain El-Heloueh

An unexploded ordinance was found yesterday after midnight next to a garbage dump in the upper street of the Ain El-Heloueh camp near UNRWA's offices, the NNA reported.

Palestinian Military experts rushed to the scene and dismantled the explosive. However, a blast was heard later on, and was identified as a sonic bomb thrown by a Palestinian in one of the camp alleys.

The dismantled explosive is to be handed over today to the Lebanese Army Intelligence in Sidon.
