Third round of negotiations to demarcate maritime borders kicks off
The third round of indirect negotiations between the Lebanese and Israeli delegations, under the auspices of the United Nations and with US mediation, kicked off on Thursday with a meeting at the UNIFIL headquarters in Ras Naqoura.

The two delegations entered the meeting room separately, where the Lebanese delegation carried convincing maps and documents explaining the points of disagreement and the violation of the Lebanese enemy’s right to annex part of Block 9, and this is contrary to the law of the sea, and this topic will be discussed at the negotiating table where the Lebanese negotiator is committed to Lebanon’s rights without concessions.

Naqoura and its outskirts witnessed a wide deployment of Lebanese Army troops, conducting joint patrols with the UNIFIL.
