Qabbani accuses Bassil of violating constitution

MP Mohammed Qabbani accused Energy Minister Jibran Bassil of violating the constitution and the laws since he intends to spend billions without oversight.

Qabbani highlighted the importance of abiding by the law when implementing the electricity plan and adopting transparency when spending $ 7 billion in the water sector.
