Education Minister Halabi: Schools are free to decide whether to open or close their doors in coming snowstorm

Education Minister Abbas Halabi pointed out on Tuesday that, in light of the weather forecast that warns of coming snowstorm, each school and public or private educational institution is free to decide whether to open or close its doors based on its location.
