Citizen arrested for involvement in 3 kidnapping operations

The Intelligence Directorate of the LAF arrested Citizen Mohammad Chamel Jaafar on 1/12/2012 in the Bekaa area following his confession of involvement in 3 kidnapping operations over the past year and which targeted:

Issam Tahhan (16/04/2012)
Andre Elias (5/05/2012)
Fouad Daoud (13/09/2012)

Jaafar was referred to the concerned jurisdiction, while investigations continue to find other involved persons.
