PAC dismissed employees raise their voice, call for their compensations

PAC dismissed employees gathered on Saturday in front the studios demanding compensations.

And despite tight security measures implemented by the Internal Security Forces, the sit-in was not peaceful.

As dismissed employees tried to enter into the building, security forces tried to stop them which led to wounding one of the security members.

In this context, Labor Minister Salim Jreissati called on demonstrators and security forces to keep calm.

Demonstrators wanted to deliver a message whereby they refuse that the company continues its work. For his part Clovis Choueifaty referred his speech to Prince Walid bin Talal asking him why are they concerned in his personal dispute with Sheikh Pierre el-Daher.

Demonstrators also delivered a message to the artists participating in the program Celebrity Duets asking them to refrain from doing so.

PAC dismissed employees added that they will proceed in these movements and called on working employees to join them.
