REPORT: The Dhour al-Chweir-Tarshish-Zahle; a deadly route for commuters

Citizens crossing the Dhour al-Chweir - Tarshish - Zahle road have been suffering for over thirteen years from a complete absence of illumination during the night, as well as potholes that have now turned into trenches along the road.

In this context, regular commuters of this road stressed that it is of great importance that the government turn an eye to the bleak conditions they have to endure seemingly since the deteriorating weather conditions now pose an even greater threat to this already dangerous route.
