Mikati: We will establish improved services

PM Najib Mikati pointed out that the government’s main concerns are to improve the administration of the public services and to face all the causes that might threaten this sector adding that there will be a shift from the old public administration to an E-Government to facilitate peoples’ lives.   

Administrative Reform Minister Mohammad Fneich said that there is a need to establish an administration able to meet its required demands amid the technology revolution, adding that the political regime in Lebanon should evolve too in order to ensure a proper and fair representation to all Lebanese.

“Our strategy will cover all pending issues and it will be sent to the cabinet as draft law for approval”, Fneich was quoted as saying. Mikati presided on Tuesday morning at the Grand Serail a workshop for the development strategy of the public administration in Lebanon organized by the Ministry Administrative Reform.
