Berri meets Mikati to hold a government session to appoint a new governor for the BDL

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri affirmed to caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati the necessity of holding a government session to appoint a new governor for the Central Bank of Lebanon.

Berri received Mikati at the second presidency headquarters in Ain el-Tineh, where they discussed the general situation and the latest political developments, especially the issue of appointing the new governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon.
