MP Kanaan: We will not agree on violating the constitution

Change and Reform Bloc MP Ibrahim Kanaan said that the conflict on the electoral law aims at oppressing the Christians.

Kanaan said during the launching ceremony of “Al-Ibra' Al Mustahil” (Impossible Exoneration) that was held in Sahel Alma that bloc members will not be false witnesses adding that it is the people’s right to elect their deputies.

Kanaan addressed the Future Bloc and the Progressive Socialist Party by saying “enough maneuvers and speeches about consensus; we will agree on corruption and on violating the constitution and the Christians’ rights”.
