Arsal Mayor calls on the Al-Jaafar clan to prevent strife

Arsal's Mayor Ali al-Hjairi denounced on Tuesday all the kidnapping incidents taking place in the country stressing that Arsal residents, similar to all other Lebanese citizens, have the right to move on all Lebanese territories.

In this context, al-Hjairi called on the Al-Jaafar clan to avoid attempts to incite sedition, asking the Lebanese authorities to intervene in order to release the hostages.

Al-Hjairi also called on media outlets to be accurate while broadcasting information in order to prevent further confusion in this regard.
