Adnan Mansour tackles the Syrian crisis

Caretaker Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour met on Saturday with the Russian Ambassador to Lebanon Alexander Zasypkin and tackled the developments in the region, mainly the long-simmering Syrian crisis.
In this regard, Zasypkin pledged vital Russian action in a bid to reach a political settlement in Syria and pointed out to the Arab summit that was held in Doha.

For his part, the Syrian ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdel Karim Ali also held a meeting with Adnan Mansour whereby he highlighted the need to enhance cooperation between Lebanon and Syria at all levels, and to prevent any party from compromising the security in Syria.
