Lebanese Red Cross receives four detainees previously held by Israel's army

The Lebanese Red Cross has taken custody of four Lebanese detainees—Mohammad Najm, Hussein Abbas, Hussein Qteish, and Ahmad Al-Sayed Mohammad Shokr—who were previously held by the Israeli army.
