Lebanon records over 376,000 voters on first day of municipal elections

The first day of Lebanon’s 2025 municipal and mukhtar elections saw a voter turnout of 45.16%, with a total of 376,725 voters casting their ballots on May 4, according to the Ministry of Interior.

The ministry’s hotline received 8,075 calls. It also recorded 660 complaints related to the electoral process.
