Turkey says crashed drone believed to be Russian-made: Ministry

The Turkish government said a drone that crashed on Friday in a rural area of northwestern Turkey was of Russian origin.

"An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has been found today (Friday)... which is believed to be of Russian-made Orlan-10 type used for reconnaissance and surveillance purposes according to initial findings," the interior ministry posted on X.
