Future Bloc: Berri violated parliamentary by-laws

The Future Bloc denounced on Tuesday the unilateral leadership adopted at Parliament, adding that House Speaker Nabih Berri violated the parliamentary by-laws by setting the agenda of the General Authority session.

Consequently, the Future bloc announced that its deputies will be boycotting tomorrow's session.

Following its weekly meeting, the Future Bloc called on all Lebanese factions to bear responsibilities and refrain from participating in a session that takes Lebanon back to the "era of degradation".

The bloc also expressed its rejection to "all methods of intimidation" practiced by March 8 forces against Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam.

In the same context, the Bloc said that Hezbollah's adherence to its stances will lead the country towards political void, adding that "Hezbollah's aim is to export and import weapons in order to engage in wars and consequently take the decisions of war and peace without having to consult anyone".
