Regional airspace closures prompt MEA to revise flight schedule

Lebanon’s national carrier, Middle East Airlines (MEA), announced schedule changes after widespread airspace closures across several countries in the region due to ongoing developments.

In a statement, the airline said it will operate an additional flight to Istanbul on Sunday, March 1, 2026. Flight ME1265 is set to depart from Beirut at 4:30 p.m.

The carrier also confirmed the cancellation of its overnight Jeddah–Beirut flight, ME369, scheduled for March 1, 2026. Affected passengers will be rebooked on the regular ME365 service, which will depart on Monday, March 2, at 12:25 p.m. local time in Saudi Arabia.

In addition, the airline said several other flights scheduled for March 1, 2026, have been canceled, as per the following schedule. Check the schedule here.
