Israeli army claims it found anti-tank missile site in South Lebanon

The Israeli army said its Givati Brigade had located an anti-tank missile position and large quantities of weapons in southern Lebanon.

In a statement posted on X by Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee, the army said forces from the Givati Brigade, operating under the 91st Division, are continuing ground operations aimed at expanding what it described as the forward defensive line.

According to the statement, troops discovered an anti-tank missile launch position along with weapons and military equipment in southern Lebanon on Saturday.

The Israeli army said it would continue operations against Hezbollah, accusing the group of joining the fighting and operating with the backing of Iran, and said it would not allow harm to Israeli civilians.
