Israeli army issues new evacuation warning for villages in South Lebanon

The Israeli army's spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent warning calling on residents of several areas in South Lebanon to evacuate immediately.

The warning named the towns and villages of Kaouthariyet El Saiyad, Ghassaniyeh, Mazraat al-Daoudieh, Bedias, Rihan, Zallaya, Bazouriye, Harouf, Habbouch, Ansariyeh, Qalaouiyeh, and Deir El Zahrani.

In a statement, Adraee said that alleged violations of the ceasefire by Hezbollah are forcing Israeli forces to act, while claiming the army does not intend to harm civilians.

Residents were urged to leave their homes immediately and move at least 1,000 meters away toward open areas. The statement warned that anyone remaining near Hezbollah fighters, infrastructure, or weapons would be putting their lives at risk.
