Aoun to LBCI: Correct STL path and we will fund it

The Free Patriotic Movement member MP Alain Aoun called on the ministry of finance to take into consideration the mechanism and recommendation made by the Finance and Budget in order to issue a new budget for 2012.

Aoun in an interview to Nharkom Said on LBCI TV said that correcting all the errors made by previous governments falls under our policy of change and reform only, adding that the Lebanese have the right to know where their money was spend.  

Aoun said that the attack on the FPM aims to destroy its image among all Christians as it is the only way to affect its popularity and to prevent the party from revealing serious scandals regarding monetary issues, calling on the concerned authorities to take the required measures to stop this waste.

Asked about the Special Tribunal funding, Aoun revealed that the FPM does not mind the funding is the tribunal is brought back to its correct judicial path. Regarding the FPM relation with MP Mikati Aoun said that there no problems but differences regarding several issues.
