Russian ambassador to Bulgaria calls for severance of diplomatic relations
Russian ambassador to Bulgaria called on Friday for the severance of diplomatic relations between the two countries, after Sofia refused to back down from the decision to expel 70 Russian diplomatic staff.
      
"Unfortunately, our appeal to the Foreign Ministry has been ignored," Eleonora Mitrofanova said in a Facebook message.
