UAE foreign ministry announces successful prisoner swap between US and Russia

The UAE news agency reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the country hosted a prisoner swap between the United States and Russia.

The ministry mentioned that representatives from both countries were present during the exchange.

The ministry expressed Abu Dhabi's hope that "these efforts will contribute to reducing tensions and enhancing dialogue and understanding, promoting security and stability both regionally and internationally."
