Second earthquake hits UAE

A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck the city of Al Sila in western UAE Friday, according to the National Center of Meteorology, which cited data from the National Seismic Network stations, as reported by WAM.

In a statement, the center said the quake was "slightly felt in the area but had no impact."

Saudi Arabia’s Geological Survey Authority announced that a 3.44-magnitude earthquake had been recorded in the UAE on Thursday evening.
