REPORT: Development and evolution of Syria’s chemical arsenal

According to experts, Syria began developing its chemical weapons during the 1973 October war.

The experts added that Syria proceeded with developing its chemical arsenal with assistance from Russia in the 90s and from Iran as of the year 2005.

This report will shed light on the Syrian chemical arsenal, and stages of its development.
