REPORT: Cabinet formation process linked to situation in Syria- sources

Sources close to Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam quoted him as saying Saturday that he intends to form a new government the soonest possible, adding however that the Lebanese political parties are hurdling the cabinet formation process by setting preconditions.
The same sources pointed out that the formation of a new cabinet is linked to the Syrian situation and its regional repercussions.

This report will examine the stance of PM-Designate Tammam Salam and will expose the long-stalled cabinet formation process.
