REPORT: Tripoli residents doubt security plan’s efficiency

The residents of the northern city of Tripoli have been complaining over the lack of efficiency of the security plan set up to protect the city and expressing doubt regarding the role of the Lebanese Armed Forces amid the recurrent clashes that are leaving several dead and injured.
