REPORT: Judge Saqr issues search and investigation notice against Ali Eid

The State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr issued Monday a search and investigation notice against the head of the Arab Democratic Party Ali Eid.

This as, interrogation sessions with the arrestee Ahmad al-Ali, Refaat Eid’s driver, have ended, and he is expected to be sent to the military judiciary for necessary measures.

Accordingly, the residents of Tripoli’s Jabal Mohsen staged a protest and block the roads, denouncing the issuance of a notice against Ali Eid.
