REPORT: Biting cold kills 9-month-old Syrian child

9-month-old Syrian child Abdullah Charly died from exposure to biting cold and freezing temperatures.

Charly slept next to his mother in a Syrian refugee camp in the Bekaa region of al-Harirya, but did not wake up.
