REPORT: Fate of Syria's Kessab remains unknown

Almost two weeks ago, Syrian rebels seized Kessab, an Armenian Christian village north of the Latakia province.

Following the capture of the village, a number of its citizens fled to other regions, and various campaigns to save Kessab and to send armed forces to defend Syrians of Armenian descent were launched.

However no confirmations have so far been made on whether armed fighters were sent to the Syrian Christian village.
