REPORT: Jordanian TV guests try to attack one another during debate on Assad

A televised news debate in Jordan descended into a brawl on Saturday as two guests argued over the Syrian president, Bashar al-Assad and the conflict in Gaza.

The programme, which aired on Friday on Josat satellite Television Channel, featured journalist Shaker al-Johari and lawyer and activist, Samih Khrais.

Al-Johari threw a bottle of water at Khrais and threw a chair as the moderator and a studio worker tried to stop the fight.
