REPORT: Minister Derbass holds press conference over horrific child beating video

Minister of Social Affairs Rachid Derbass held on Wednesday a press conference in which he tackled the procedures taken by the Ministry over the horrific child beating video.

Last Friday, a video went viral on social media platforms showing a boy severely beaten by a younger child named Abbas at the instigation of an adult whose voice could be heard in the video.
